Seabreeze campsite terms and conditions

Sea Witch.

Terms and Conditions

Seabreeze campsite ethos: As those who have stayed before will know, Seabreeze is a quiet, family orientated campsite; at its heart it is relaxed in spirit but encourages respect for others, for the site and its facilities, and the location our neighbours, and the environment. All we wish is for you to enjoy your stay. Please help us keep it that way. It is important that we maintain health and safety whilst still allowing room for children to play, and vehicle access through the site for emergency vehicles. In this spirit, Seabreeze Campsite also has a no drug policy, which we would ask all visitors to respect.

Pre-booked only: Seabreeze is a pre-booked campsite only.

Pitch prices: Seabreeze campsite prices are inclusive; there are no extra charges for showers, use of the fridges and freezers or charging your phones or for your pets.  Please Note: For health and safety reasons only phone charging is allowed in the fridge/freezer shed. If the owners are on site we can offer leisure battery-charging service within the maintenance shed. There will be a small charge for this service.

Pup Tents: Pup tents can be no larger than 2m x 2m, and must be erected within the pitch booked with consideration of proximity to other tents, gazebos, caravans cars etc to reduce the risk of fire spreading in the case of an emergency.

Health and Safety: Council/Fire regulations require each unit (tent, caravan etc.) on site should be placed 6 metres apart, and tow hitches MUST be accessible.

Children: For the safety of children on site please keep your speed to a minimum. Parents/guardians are responsible for the behaviour and safety of their children on site at all times. No kite flying is allowed on site due to low-level electric cables.

Noise: The site is a quiet, family orientated space. Please respect each others holidays by not playing loud music on site and also by keeping noise levels to a minimum, late evening and into the night.

Looking after our neighbours: The extent of the land owned by Seabreeze Campsite is limited to the perimeter of the site, all other land around belongs to private landowners. We ask therefore that you do not walk or play on the farmer's field next to the campsite, nor on the land of on the right hand side of the drive as you approach the campsite as this is also private property.

Electrics: There are limited electric hook up facilities available to customers on the site, and we prioritise visitors who have medical needs requiring access to power. Generators are NOT to be used on the site unless by prior arrangement with the owners.

BBQs and off-ground fires pits: BBQs can be used on site. Please take care to keep BBQs away from caravans and tents, and do not place directly onto the grass, but use the slabs provided. Small, off-ground fires pits can be used on site by agreement with the owners, again, away from caravans and tents, and please do not place directly onto the grass, but use the slabs provided.

In extreme dry conditions, or high winds you may be asked to refrain from lighting a fire due to the proximity of the campsite to the sand dunes.

No open fires are allowed in sand dunes or on the beach.

Dogs are welcome on site, but for the sake of other campers and especially children, dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Please do not let your dogs foul on the site and please clear up after your dog, especially on the campsite (if you should have to), but also on the paths and the beach, and please use the dog waste bin located on Heath Rd just near turning into the lane up towards the campsite.

Drones are strictly banned from flying anywhere on the campsite due to the overhead power cables, and protecting peoples privacy.

Return of keys: Please ensure that you return your keys at the end of your stay!

Sorry but we do not accept all male or all female parties or groups. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to anybody.

If you have not vacated your pitch by the end of your specified stay, the campsite owners have the right to remove items from the pitch to prepare the space for the next visitors.

In the event of any behaviour which is likely to cause offence or damage to other guests, the site, the facilities, environment or members of staff, the management reserves the right to request any offenders to leave the site without redress or refund. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including motor vehicles, whether malicious or accidental, during your stay.  Please take care of your personal items and belongings throughout your stay.

If you are in doubt about any of these campsite rules and terms and conditions please ask.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
